Key Responsibilities
As a designer in Leads.io you will be creating a variety of engaging and unique visuals to our websites and brands. You’ll work with the rest of the design team to make sure that the requests from the Content, digital PR and any other relevant teams are fulfilled on time and with high quality visuals.

Every week the Design team has a meeting on Monday to kick the week off nicely and catch up from the weekend, after which you will work on requests coming in from the different teams in the Organic department. On Thursday we have a catch up meeting to make sure that everyone’s workload is manageable, and that all the tasks are being delivered in time.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Creating engaging visuals for our websites, everything from icons to custom diagrams
  • Fulfilling requests from the Content and Digital PR teams
  • Help maintain visual and brand consistency.
  • Brainstorm new visual ideas and look for new opportunities and inspiration.
  • Collaborate closely with the whole design team to continuously improve our visuals

Requirements
Your qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator, Photoshop etc.) or other equivalent programs
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Capacity to think creatively and develop unique visual concepts
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and interpret brand guidelines.
  • Capable of working both independently and as a part of a team
  • Video editing skills are a bonus
