The job
This is a unique opportunity as our first dedicated Finance Manager in charge of raising the bar and professionalizing our financial controlling, processes, and systems as we scale. You will report directly to our CEO and work closely with our Strategy Office and senior management team to ensure our continued growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making 📊 Develop and execute financial strategies and OKRs aligned with the company's goals 🎯 Analyze financial data to identify opportunities and minimize risk 📈 Oversee cash flow, investments, and asset management 💰 Ensure compliance with regional accounting policies and regulatory requirements 📜 Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems 🔧 Serve as a key point of contact for external accounting, auditors, and financial institutions 📞 Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive interdepartmental efficiencies 🛠️ Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team as we grow (initially a student assistant) 👥About you

You should have a deep understanding of financial processes and controlling principles.
