Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role
The Key Account Manager is to drive profitable growth in line with Company objectives within the pharmacy channel in Denmark, maintaining the category leadership within sore throat. In this dynamic position, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and realising joint business plans, balancing customer success with our own growth. Your responsibilities

  • Using channel expertise and category understanding to securing distribution of products according to strategic MSL.
  • Planning and execution of sales activities in the channel: NPD launches, BDI, campaigns/activations
  • Development of annual plans and follow ups
  • Forecasting and providing feedback on unconstrained channel demand
  • Close collaboration with key internal stakeholders to feedback on and execute local market and channel strategy.
  • Input to and management of product and pricing strategies in the pharmacy channel.
  • Management of the relationship with individual pharmacies and pharmacy chains (key accounts)
  • Analysis of the account performance and providing feedback to improve the commercial plans and the brand guidelines
  • Achieve net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for costumers
  • Achieve account 4P targets (product, placement, piece & promotion)
  • Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account

The experience & skills we're looking for

  • Sucessfully graduated minimum in your bachelor - or higher - in marketing or business administration
  • A robust track record in managing national account sales within Pharma-channel with minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Key Account Manager with demonstrable commercial acumen and good understanding of customer management process
  • Analysis & data-driven decision-making
  • Development of strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Entrepreneurship
  • Influencing and negotiation
  • Network within Pharma Management
  • RX / KOL management LIF or Pharmaceutical
  • Exceptional communication skills in fluent English and Danish skills - any other Scandinavian language is benefical
