We are now looking for a Senior PPC and Marketing Automation Specialist to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve outstanding results. In this new role, you will strategize and execute paid search and paid social campaigns across key platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook), targeting multiple international markets. Your role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and optimization of campaigns to exceed KPIs, alongside implementing innovative marketing automation strategies for multi-channel nurturing.

You will work closely with the Head of Digital and Growth Marketing, Field, Partner and Content Marketers, and our external agency partners and make sure our standards are up-to-date and followed.

This is a full-time permanent position located in Helsinki, Tampere, Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, or Southampton.

Your responsibilities

Strategize and execute paid search and social campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Digital and Growth Marketing and external agencies.Optimize PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook) for maximum performance.Conduct keyword research, write ad copies, and tailor targeting to align with brand messaging and goals.Monitor, analyze and adjust paid channel performance in real-time, utilizing analytics to measure success and inform strategies.Act as the main point of contact for external agencies, ensuring quality and performance improvements.Streamline collaboration with agencies by addressing bottlenecks and communication issues, and develop SOPs to enhance PPC efforts and automate repetitive tasks.Design and implement email marketing automation strategies to support business objectives, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.Lead multi-touch marketing automation and nurturing initiatives, optimizing email campaigns through A/B testing and segmentation.Support the wider marketing team with marketing automation tasks, including list management and workflow optimization, while ensuring data quality and completeness across all contacts.Spearhead the development of marketing dashboards and reporting in platforms like Hubspot, GA4, and Looker Studio, integrating data for comprehensive insights.Deliver detailed performance reports, driving data-driven decisions to meet and exceed KPIs.

We expect

At least 4 years of hands-on experience in PPC, ideally with agency experience.Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing multi-channel PPC campaigns with significant budgets (500K+/year, paid search + paid social).Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and execution of PPC campaigns that have met or exceeded KPIs.Mastery of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, LinkedIn, Facebook, Hubspot as a marketing automation platform, Salesforce as a CRM with certifications preferred.Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT / tech consulting industry.
