The position

We are expanding our production facilities in Hillerød, to meet the future need of our expanding product pipeline. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate to support the Contract Management team.

Your responsibility will primarily be to:

Support the Sr. Contract Manager, executing supplier contracts in close cooperation with construction management and advisors. Track milestones and report progress on time, economy, and quality along with handling risk management and driving mitigating actions.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

Educational background within construction, engineering, or architectural +3 years of experience from a similar role Knowledge within the field of constructional contracting and economy Skilled within the use of Excel Full proficiency in both written and verbal English

This project will give you the scope to be involved in a new, high-profile green field project where you will have the opportunity develop your current skills while being involved in shaping a large new production facility and team. Travelling may be expected within Europe.

About the department
Join us at 25L API Capacity Expansion and become a part of one of Novo Nordisk’s most significant expansion projects, embedded in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD). In BRD, we are building a new API production facility in Hillerød that will employ around 340 colleagues. The highly automated production facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that is flexible to accommodate new processes and products. We manufacture through complex chemical and biotechnological processes, including cultivation, recovery, purification, and freeze-drying, requiring a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees. It will also expand our portfolio of clinical late phase products and increase our capacity to serve more people living with rare disease and serious chronic diseases.
