Zylinc leder efter en Technical Solution Engineer til vores support team på Vesterbro som kan hjælpe vores kunder i gang og med de tekniske udfordringer de måtte løber ind i undervejs

Vores produkt, Zylinc Cloud, er hurtigt blevet installeret hos mange kunder i Danmark og vores ellers fremragende support team har brug for flere hænder så vi hurtigt og effektivt kan hjælpe vores kunder

Udover den tekniske support arbejder du med Zylinc’s udviklingsteam, der alle også sidder på Vesterbro, dels på eskalering af tekniske problemer og dels med input til videreudvikling af produktet.

Hos Zylinc på Vesterbo finder du et sammenknyttet team af mange tekniske discipliner. Sammen har vi store ambitioner for Zylinc Cloud, som løser vores kunders udfordringer med at håndtere deres kundehenvendelser.

Dine ansvarsområder

  • Daglig teknisk support af, primært, Zylinc Cloud-løsninger

  • Sagshåndtering (i Zendesk) inklusiv eskalering af både bugs og spørgsmål

  • Dokumentation af hyppige spørgsmål

  • Teknisk sparring med Zylincs implementering & salgs team samt vores partnere

  • Tæt sparring med vores udviklingsafdeling

     Du er et godt fit hvis

    • Først og fremmest har du interesse, og faglig ballast, for tech og cloud løsninger – og mest af alt at give kunderne en fantastisk oplevelse med deres nye værktøj.

    • Som person er du struktureret, har et godt teknisk overblik og samtidig blik for, at små tekniske problemer kan fylde meget i brugerens hverdag

    • Du har erfaring med cloud produkter og en dyb forståelse for den migrering til Cloud-løsninger, som mange virksomheder er i gang med, og du skal gerne interessere dig for både at ”nørde” med teknikken og samtidig have viljen og evnerne til at forstå og imødekomme brugernes behov

    • Du har en teknisk relevant uddannelse

    • Du er flydende på dansk og engelsk

          Zylinc A/S er en dansk virksomhed med 400 kunder i Norden.  Zylinc Cloud er vores nye produktserie. Den er bygget i.NET og kører i Azure og understøtter virksomheder i alle størrelser, som har brug for at arbejde med Voice.
