Vi tilbyder
Du får en vigtig rolle i de løbende lønprocesser inklusive håndtering af ferieafstemning og ferieberegninger og vil have direkte kontakt med koncernens ansatte. Dertil får du ansvar for oprettelse samt validering af løn og stamdata og vil have et tæt samarbejde med vores HR-afdeling. Du vil ligeledes have medansvar for at sikre korrekt håndtering af løn og rapportering jf. national og international lovgivning samt relevante regnskabsstandarder. Andre ansvarsområder indebærer udarbejdelse af ledelsesaflønningsrapport, løninput til årsrapporter samt assistance med revision og compliance.

I jobbet som Financial Controller vil du berøre områder som:

  • Lønproces samt håndtering af ferie
  • Lovgivning og interne regler vedrørende løn
  • Intern kontrol ift. compliance
  • Kontinuerlige forbedringer af månedlige rapportering
  • Lønrevision og samt rapportering ledelsesaflønning
  • Personskat for vores danske og svenske medarbejdere

Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores lønansvarlige og vil blive en del af vores finance team, hvor du har rig mulighed for at sparre og udvikle dig sammen med dine kolleger både i og udenfor Danmark.

Dine kompetencer

  • Du har en videregående uddannelse indenfor controlling, revision/regnskab eller lignende – alternativt har du erfaring med lønprocesser/håndtering
  • Erfaren i Excel og i stand til at håndtere store mængder data
  • I stand til at kommunikere på dansk og engelsk både skriftligt og mundtligt
  • Det vil være en fordel med kendskab til VISMA løn

Som person er du motiveret, engageret, udadvendt og besidder evnen til at kommunikere på tværs af organisationen. Du stiler efter at forstå forretningen og gøre en forskel. Du er en dygtig analytiker, interesseret i løn og korrekt rapportering og er proaktiv af natur. Desuden har du sans for detaljen og sætter en ære i at levere høj kvalitet til aftalte deadlines.
