IT Contract & Relations Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

We are currently looking for a  Contract&Relations Manager in Carlsberg’s IIT organisation (Integrated Information Technology), a part of Carlsberg Group, who will deliver contract management quality and best practices towards Carlsberg’s strategic IT vendors. You will also provide sourcing activities and renegotiations of agreements.

 

The role involves a focus on commercial and contractual considerations as well as legal, technical, and business challenges.

 

The responsibilities include managing strategic vendors and contracts to ensure delivery on time and within the agreed cost of IT services related to SAP projects.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Carlsberg’s global IT agreements, including setting up and running governance activities Do negotiations and renegotiations
  • Run sourcing activities including RFx processes
  • Cost control and cost management
  • Dispute handling and resolutions
  • Life cycle management of contracts, incl. extensions, renegotiations, handling change requests and keeping agreements current with market conditions.

 

What we’re looking for

The role requires you to have in debt understanding of technical, functional and commercial aspects in IT contracts. It is expected that you to have a minimum of 3-5 years working experience from a similar role either with a large enterprise or as an advisor. Experience with SAP related service contracts would be a plus.

Other desirable qualifications include:

  • Flexible attitude, proactive mindset and experience to drive complex contract and contract negotiations and resolve any impediments with external IT vendors
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders as well as vendors in a collaborative manner – but still able to take and lead the tough conversations/disputes
  • High natural drive, commitment and personal ownership
  • Ability to focus on both details and big picture
  • Results oriented and committed to quality
  • Organising skills, incl. ability to organise and prioritise between multiple tasks
  • Drive of change and embrace
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with your individual responsibilities
  • Fluency in English
