Position overview:
To support our future growth ambitions, we are seeking a Senior Digital Sales Enablement specialist . This role will be an integral part of our Global B2B Commercial Excellence team, driving our customer-centric and digital transformation ambitions forward. In Global Commercial Excellence, we set the direction for our global B2B commercial and sales operations, optimizing and implementing critical initiatives related to sales, marketing, and customer engagement to enhance competitiveness, revenue performance and profitability.
As a Senior Digital Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's customer-centric approach by leveraging data-driven insights and qualitative research to strengthen our sales engagement and segment value propositions across our B2B channels. The responsibility of the role will focus on developing and implementing digital initiatives & sales content to empower our sales teams with the tools and insight necessary to drive revenue growth and enhance our B2B customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our business units, commercial, marketing and training teams to develop comprehensive programs that will streamline the sales experience across key sales enabling platforms, touchpoints and with A+ content. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting compelling digital communications, optimizing web experiences, and developing sales collaterals to empower our sales teams and enhance the overall customer experience.

Main responsibilities:
Utilize data and qualitative insights to build a deep understanding of our B2B customers, their preferences, and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable strategies for creating content that resonates with our targeted segments.
Collaborate closely with Segment teams to tailor and refine customer value propositions (CVPs) for specific market and sub-segments.
Manage digital projects and create sales content that aligns with the unique needs and preferences of each segment for digital platforms, including websites, social media, digital marketing, and other digital channels.
Lead web optimization by adapt and optimize web content, layout, design, and user experience to align with the customer's buying process. Continuously monitor and refine web content to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Manage and optimize our global sales enablement platform to improve our sales effectiveness
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in customer insights, content strategy, and digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage customer data and insights.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Familiarity with CRM systems, web content management, and sales enablement tools.
