Through data analysis and insights sharing, your role will be central to enhancing the quality of performance data in our analytics platform and steering the focus toward key business requirements within our evolving analytics framework.

What is the job about?

You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and ensure that our digital analytics setup (Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch) meet business needs across the Grundfos ecosystem (web touchpoints, digital products, and apps). Furthermore, you will analyse the collected data, identify opportunities for improvement and share your findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders within Grundfos.

Your main responsibilities Ensure good collaboration and alignment with stakeholders around digital analytics requirements and translate their needs into documentation for developers. Develop analytics dashboards in collaboration with analytics lead and share findings and recommendations with stakeholders to improve status quo. Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure that the digital analytics tracking is working as expected. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of the data collected.
