On June 22nd, the extension of the M4 will open with 5 new stations in Sydhavn and Valby. In this regard, there will be expected a need to make repairs or adjustments to the system. At the same time, the need to make reinvestments on M1 and M2 is growing as the system is more than 20 years old.

After the opening of M3 and M4 in and and with the opening of M4 South, Metroselskabet must support an increasing passenger influx and support continuous growth. This requires high operational stability in the Metro and as much service as possible for our customers. We therefore see an increasing need for the works to be carried out in the Metro are coordinated in the best possible way to ensure that they are carried out in a timely manner and, not least, that it creates the least possible inconvenience for customers across M1-M4.

We are therefore looking for a Maintenance Planner, who can be part of the team working with the operation of the Metro and coordinating maintenance work and projects in the Metro in close collaboration with the Metro operators MeSe and Hitachi. You will be responsible for the specific coordination and support the execution of work, e.g. through approval of the request for track closures and securing work permits for third parties.

You will also be part of the work that will further develop the planning system and you will work closely with other parts of Metroselskabet that work with systems and data to support planning.

Finally, you will work with your colleagues in the team and with colleagues in the communications department to support the work of informing customers about upcoming changes in operations.

Tasks Coordinating planned changes to operation. Analysing and mitigating risks related to operation. Management reporting. Trend analysis and participation in regular reviews and audits

The position will be anchored in Customers & Operations where you will be part of Team Operations. We are a good mix of technical specialists and generalists with different backgrounds. We appreciate everyone's input and special skills. We have a good team spirit, and our tone is informal.

Customers & Operations is overall responsible for ensuring a good customer experience in the Metro and on the Light Rail. We work with the customers in the center of everything we do. Whether it’s following up on an incident in operation or developing new solutions and services.

Customers & Operations is also responsible for the O&M contracts with the Metro and Light Rail operators and thus ensures overall contract follow-up across units in the company. The unit is divided into 4 teams.
