Du får en nøglerolle i understøttelsen af performance og strategieksekvering
I Business Finance er vores fineste opgave at understøtte Telenor med de finansielle indsigter og anbefalinger, der er påkrævede for at kunne lykkes med vores overordnede virksomhedsstrategi. I rollen som Lead Financial Business Partner bliver du en del af en professionel og dygtig trekløver, der til hverdag fungerer som de kommercielle divisioners egne allokerede finansielle sparringspartnere. I denne rolle bliver du business partner for vores erhvervsdivision, og vil derfor fungere som bindeled mellem denne og Finance. Opgaverne tager typisk sit udspring i den finansielle rapportering, men strækker sig fra rapporteringen til mere strategiske opgaver. Du bliver vigtig for ledergruppen i B2B ift. at realisere de finansielle planer, og understøtter med analyser og beslutninger, der skal sikre at divisionen når bedst mulige performance.
Overordnet bliver dine kerneopgaver at:
- Fungere som nøglekontaktperson mellem den kommercielle division (B2B) og finansafdelingen
- Udvikle, understøtte og implementere finansielle planer og strategier for at optimere divisionens performance
- Analysere økonomiske data og præsentere relevante resultater og anbefalinger for ledergruppen
- Bidrage til udviklingen af budgetter, prognoser og forretningsplaner for divisionen
- Sikre overholdelse af økonomiske retningslinjer og regler
- Støtte op om og supportere på finans digitale & automatiseringsrejse indenfor både rapportering, finansielle processer mm.

For at lykkes i rollen som Lead Financial Business Partner for Telenor Erhverv har du først og fremmest en tung finansiel værktøjskasse, og dit kvalitetsfokus gør, at du går i detaljen med de input du leverer. Du er enormt nysgerrig på den del af forretningen du understøtter, og sætter dig ind i, hvad dine interessenter har brug for dit input til. Fordi du samarbejder så tæt med ledergruppen, er du også med, hvor beslutningerne træffes. Derfor er det vigtigt, at du trives med at give din holdning til kende, og formår at forklare dit synspunkt, så dine interessenter forstår, hvad du mener. Du stiller spørgsmålstegn ved status quo, når du kan se at det giver mening, så du er med til at understøtte de bedst mulige forretningsmæssige beslutninger.
Du har mange vigtige snitflader i forretningen, og har fra tidligere jobs erfaret, at du trives rigtig godt i at have mange forskelligartede samarbejdspartnere. Du er på toppen af dit stakeholder management, og bliver set af andre som en troværdig og fagligt dygtig forretningspartner, der formår at tænke langsigtet.
Da vi er en abonnementsbaseret forretning, er det en fordel af du har kendskab til denne type af virksomhedsdrift, gerne fra telcobranchen. Dog er dette ikke udslagsgivende for os. Vigtigere vil det være, at du har erfaring med B2B, så du har en grundlæggende forretningsforståelse for den del af vores virksomhed, som du vil supportere. Som Lead Financial Business Partner vil blive understøttet af kollegaer indenfor Business Finance, Finance Services, Procurement og strategi. Vi arbejder ligeledes i høj grad sammen på tværs af Telenor Nordic og Global.

Du vil træde ind i Business Finance, der består af tre Lead Financial Business Partners, et BI-team og FP&A-teamet. Samlet set leverer vi de finansielle indsigter der skal bruges i Telenor, for at vi fremmer en økonomisk sund forretning. Der venter dig 17 engagerede og dygtige kolleger i Business Finance, der hver dag bidrager med godt humør, og ønsker at spille hinanden gode.

Vi er fordelt på to HQ-lokationer i hhv. Aalborg og København, og rollen som kan varetages fra begge steder. Dog må der påregnes noget rejseaktivitet hvis ikke du er fra Storkøbenhavn, da ledergruppen i Telenor Erhverv primært befinder sig i København.
