As our new CISO/Senior Manager you will be instrumental in supporting Scalepoint and our customers in complying with cyber security and reporting requirements and be a part of our strategic priority to offer the highest level of information security.

But information security at Scalepoint is not a one-woman/man job You will be leading our small but impactful Information Security team. Further, you can expect lots of support from your colleagues in the Risk & Compliance function who are highly skilled in technical security, GDPR, legal, and risk management. Besides our skills the team is also well-known for being outgoing and for our appreciation of good food and wine.

What kind of talent are you?
Your educational background is not essential, but you need to have completed a master’s degree, be interested and well-versed in information security and risk frameworks, and have a solid IT and technology foundation.

Ideally you have minimum 5 years of professional experience working with information security, ISO 27001 frameworks, and risk management.

It is not a requirement that you are a seasoned CISO already. We are open to supporting you in your transition from information security specialist to leader if you have a track record in leading through others on projects and day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate has an open mind and a positive personality, likes to work in teams, is structured, and is an experienced project lead. You also have strong communication skills and are commercially oriented.

What to dive into

  • Managing our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related ISO 27001 control frameworks.
  • Managing our business continuity and risk framework.
  • Driving our annual 3402 and 3000 audit processes with external auditors.
  • Information security community building.
  • Manage and train relevant functions and leadership team in areas such as business continuity and crisis mgmt.
  • Manage awareness and training activities for the wider Scalepoint organisation.
  • Supporting our incident management team in timely handling of security incident reporting under the upcoming Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
  • Managing our third-party risk management framework and ensuring security risk assessments of new suppliers.
  • Handling ad hoc dialogues with customers on security topics.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Danish and English.

In addition to the above mentioned, it is key that you are customer-centric and up for meeting potential and existing customers to explain how we work with information security at Scalepoint.
