We are looking for a purchaser to join our dedicated team responsible for purchasing and supplier interaction.

How to contribute to our vision  

The purchasing team is responsible for all operative purchasing both directly and indirectly.

Your responsibilities will include processing purchase requests and you will ensure compliance with Procurement rules of Siemens Gamesa

You will be managing purchase orders including tracking, checking of content, ensuring cost-efficient and on time supply of materials according to demand.

Using SAP you analyze material availability, maintain and update supplier master data. In accordance to local regulations you will be responsible for archived documents in the database always are accurate and up to date.

Furthermore, you will actively contribute to cooperation with all other parties involved passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain.

What you need to make a difference  

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for… 

Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in working with supply chain. Having a relevant degree is regarded as a positive but candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

To be successful in this position you should have:

Highly qualified within the ERP system in regard to procurement activities Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint, knowledge of SAP and MRP is a plus Experience within the purchase/sourcing area Ability to work with limited supervision being proactive yet work collaboratively within a team Ability to multitask as well as have a systematic and structured approach to work

The primary work language is English so the ability to work and communicate well in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Danish would be appreciated but is not mandatory.
