PROBE is on that mission and are looking for talents with technical competencies to contribute to the development of our next-generation digital clinical research platform.

As our new back-end developer you will play a key role in the development of our SaaS web application / platform.

You'll become a leading part of our Product team working closely together with front-end, design and documentation members.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end solutions using MSSQL and Microsoft Azure.

• Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Optimizing application performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.

• Implementing and maintain APIs to support our platform's functionality.

• Ensuring data integrity and security, following best practices and compliance standards.

• Troubleshooting and debuggin applications to resolve any technical issues.

• Participating in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation.

You will need to be able to work independently, be fluent in english or danish, and be good at making time estimations. We offer office spaces, remote work and friendly events now and then.


MUSTs (required)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.

• Extensive experience with MSSQL and Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiency in server-side languages such as C#, .NET, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of database management, specifically MSSQL.

• Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

• Be able to work physically occasionally.


Preferred (not required)

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or team lead position.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Previous experience working in a startup environment.

• Experience in the healthcare or clinical trials industry.

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
