We are now looking for an amazing new Guest Relations Officer for our Guest Relation Team.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or industryYou speak one of the Scandinavian languages or EnglishStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience of working with online reputation management is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

As a Guest Relation Officer you will work closely with our Guest Relation Manager and Assistant Guest Relation Manager, and be part of all aspects of the guest journey, from booking to departure - from booker to promoter. Answering guest feedback and being the online ambassador is also a big part of your daily life at work. Your love for Copenhagen and curiosity for creating unforgettable guest experiences comes to play when planning and facilitating our guests’ stay. 

In addition you will have the following responsibilities:

Being the one point of contact for our VIPs and guests staying in the suitesPersonal meet and greet with guestsManage day-to-day operations in the Guest Relations departmentEnsuring guest requests are followed up and followed throughResolve complaints and issues, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with othersEnsuring good and swift communication within the team and between departments Always up to date on what to do in Copenhagen as well as restaurants to recommend to guestsMaking sure all actions are in line with our brand valuesFollowing up with guests after departure

The position is a full-time position, reporting to our Guest Relations Manager Joyce Ausan. The position includes daytime, nighttime & weekend shifts.
