Join Us as an Operational Excellence Manager for Nordic Baltic Zone Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the Nordic Baltic Zone? Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operational Excellence Manager to lead efficiency improvements and standardization efforts within our Digital Energy Nordics team.
You will be part of our Nordic management team and report to the VP Digital Energy Nordic Baltic Zone.

Lead the whole Nordic business support team, covering admin, technical support and trainings, Engineering Excellence, and processes and tools excellence Ensure best-in-class support for internal and external customers and partners, driving increased competitiveness and differentiation Lead the harmonization of ways of working across the countries Support optimization of standard processes and drive efficiency improvements to establish solid foundations for sustained performance Optimize training delivery and support competency development plans in collaboration with Services, Sales, and Project delivery leaders Build change management frameworks, implement operational excellence standards, and drive continuous improvement mindset across the organization Act as the operational excellence point of contact in cross-functional project teams and drive improvements based on benchmarking and best practices What are we looking for? Relevant degree such as University Degree in Business Administration, Science and/or Economics Language:
Fluent in English (spoken & written); proficiency in any other Nordic language is an advantage Previous experience in operational excellence and/or continuous improvement roles, with proven leadership skills and Lean Six Sigma expertise Passion and experience in people management, ideally within international, multi-country, and/or matrix organization in leader of managers role Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerBI If you're a proactive leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in a dynamic, multicultural environment, then we want to hear from you Join Schneider Electric and be part of a team that's shaping the future of energy management and automation.
