We are the world's #1 app for fighting food waste and we work with thousands of restaurants and food retailers to make their surplus food available to local consumers. The magic of Too Good To Go has expanded rapidly across Europe, the US, and Canada, with over 300 million meals saved across our 17 countries to date.

Your mission

As our Go-to-Market Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for launching new features and value propositions within Too Good To Go. This includes defining partner (food outlet) value propositions based on partner insights, developing sales and partner materials, project managing new launches, and supporting sales and partner training on new propositions. You will be part of our Global Go-to-Market team working across all of our 17 markets, impacting thousands of partner relationships and millions of consumers. You will report to our Director of Go-to-Market, who sits in the Global Commercial organization.

 

Role description

The core objective of the role is to support the Go-to-Market team to improve the efficiency and impact of new feature and product launches towards B2B partners (food retailers) in Too Good To Go, You will drive product initiatives forward, own key elements of our go-to-market strategies and measure and track the impact of launches. Key areas of responsibility include:

Translating technical and product features into attractive B2B value propositions for food retailers to enhance the partner experience, ultimately driving acquisition, retention and growth of Too Good To Go partners.Developing partner sales assets, and internal sales enablement tools (e.g., FAQs, playbooks, and pitches) in close collaboration with Product Management and Sales.Maintaining and updating internal documentation and websites with latest information about product launch timelines and specifications.Conduct market research and analysis to understand partner needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform our go-to-market strategies.Supporting go-to-market projects across functions, coordinating stakeholders, measuring impact, and reporting to senior managers.Planning and driving regular communication and training for new features and products towards the sales community at scale.

 

Requirements

Experience from a marketing, go-to-market or commercial project management position.Strong communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to develop clear and convincing sales materials  to empower our local sales teams.Problem solving skills, with the ability to apply a structured approach to challenges.A demonstrated ability to execute cross-functional projects, including stakeholder management, and clear verbal and written communication in English.Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working in a matrix organization, and global context, with an understanding of cultural nuances.A proactive can-do mindset, taking initiative to drive projects forward, ownership for commitments, timelines and delivering high quality, on time.Open and willing to challenge the status quo to ensure continuous improvement and drive innovative solutions.The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, comfortable with changes and ambiguity.
