Performance Marketing Specialist med gode analytiske evner

I vores relativt nye enhed, Core Web & Performance, søger vi en dygtig og nysgerrig profil med erfaring inden for Social Media & Programmatic. Du vil blive en del af et motiveret performance marketing team, hvor tempoet til tider kan være højt, men hvor vi altid husker at støtte hinanden og have det sjovt. Her vil du sammen med dine kolleger have ansvaret for at koordinere, udvikle og implementere strategier samt kreativer på tværs af LinkedIn, Meta og Google med fokus på trafik og salg. Hvis du også har erfaring med at benytte webanalytics i form af Adobe Analytics og har en basisviden indenfor adfærdsdesign, vil dette være plus dertil.

Du er en ekspert i at opsætte og optimere betalte kampagner på tværs af LinkedIn, Meta samt Google Marketing Platform, identificere nye muligheder og fremme bæredygtig vækst. Du bliver også ansvarlig for performancerapportering, så en analytisk tilgang til data og KPI'er skal være naturlig for dig. Passer denne beskrivelse på dig? Dine ansvarsområder

Som Performance Marketing Specialist vil din primære opgave være at udvikle og administrere større performance-kampagner på tværs af LinkedIn, Meta og Google Marketing Platform (primært Programmatic).

Derudover vil følgende også indgå som en del af dine opgaver:

- Gennemføre kampagneanalyser og løbende optimere for højeste performance.
- Analysere og rapportere om kampagneperformance, levere indsigter og anbefalinger.
- Samarbejde med kommercielle teams for at sikre, at markedsføringsstrategierne matcher forretningens mål.
- Holde dig ajour med trends og bedste praksis inden for sociale medier og programmatisk markedsføring, og generelt have den bedst mulige 'test & learn'-tilgang, som er en naturlig del af et velfungerende setup.

Dine kvalifikationer

Vi forestiller os at du har erfaring med at håndtere bureauer, fakturaer og budgetter. Din profil er kendetegnet ved gode problemløsningsevner og en sans for detaljen, hvilket er kombineret med en stor interesse i at teste og udforske nye muligheder. Du har et kommercielt mindset, som er understøttet af solide analytiske evner og en velstruktureret, datadrevet tilgang. Din erfaring omfatter arbejde i et agilt set-up med tværgående teams, hvor du lægger vægt på at opnå succes som et samlet team. Desuden er du dygtig til at multitaske og er i stand til at håndtere korte deadlines effektivt.

Derudover forventer vi, at du har følgende kvalifikationer:

- Min. 3-5 års erfaring med social media og programmatisk markedsføring.
- Solid forståelse for Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads og programmatic platforms, samt synergien mellem de forskellige kanaler, både betalte og organiske.
- Kendskab til web analytics-værktøjer, såsom Adobe Analytics, vil være en fordel, men er ikke et krav.
- Erfaring med at administrere større markedsføringsbudgetter effektivt.

Du har et kommercielt mindset og en interesse for Digital Markedsføring

Du arbejder måske i et digitalt bureau, en e-handelsvirksomhed eller måske endda i finansbranchen. Som en digital frontløber har du dokumenteret succes og en solid forståelse for det digitale salgslandskab.

På det personlige plan er du nysgerrig, initiativrig og hensynsfuld. Din positive indstilling betyder, at du får tingene gjort, mens du også har det sjovt. Du værdsætter muligheden for at påvirke, hvordan tingene bliver gjort i vores enhed, og du er ikke bange for at udtrykke din mening. Du har solide præsentationsevner, er flydende på engelsk og behersker dansk fejlfrit
