We are looking for a Marketing Automation and CRM Manager (maternity cover) for Flying Tiger Copenhagen's Marketing Automation and CRM department. The position is a maternity cover with a contract until July 30th, 2025 with the possibility of extension.

Your role is pivotal in driving our automation team while carrying out initiatives to enhance customer engagement and elevate our brand’s presence.

 

This is the job:
It is a newly created team focusing mainly on learning more about our customers and communicating to them about their preferences with email marketing and loyalty. You will be an instrumental part of the Marketing Automation & CRM-team consisting of 2 highly skilled employees whom you will work closely together with. You will also become a part of our talented Marketing team that are organized in our Customer & Digital department.

 

Responsibilities:

Be part of the development and execution of the Marketing Automation Projects (like e-mail marketing and customer loyalty), defining scope, roadmap, target groups, value propositions, and KPI frameworks. Help establishing and nurturing the Marketing Automation Department, defining roles, fostering a customer-centric culture, and implementing effective rituals and workflows. Drive the evolution of our CRM strategy, continuously refining audience strategies and segmentations to optimize customer engagement and retention. Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure alignment, establish long-term visions, and develop implementation roadmaps for marketing automation initiatives. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for customer segmentation and personalization, leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making. Foster strong collaboration across departments, including sales, digital marketing, and analytics, to ensure alignment with overarching business goals. Stay informed about the latest CRM trends and technologies, making strategic recommendations for investments and optimizations to drive business growth and success.

 

This is you:

You are an experienced professional with 5+ years of experience with email marketing and customer loyalty. Your background ideally includes experience in retail, e-commerce, or a similar industry, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and industry trends. You are an exceptional communicator, and collaborator, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams and stakeholders. Your analytical prowess and data-driven approach to decision-making enable you to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and achieve measurable results. You uphold high ethical standards and are driven by a passion for your work, thriving in dynamic environments and embracing challenges as opportunities for growth and success. Experience working with Klaviyo is a plus. Experience working with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, ensuring compliance and data integrity in all initiatives is a plus.
