Currently we have a great opportunity to join our Service Business Team as Subregional Service Business Manager. In this role you will be responsible for customer management and service sales in the Nordics. Together with your team, you are responsible for the achievement of the set service sales targets (including service contracts, services and spare parts) for all installed base in this region and that customer satisfaction is high.

You will manage a team of Customer Care Managers, Customer Support Administators, Customer Support Coordinators and Spare Parts coordinators, mostly located in Norway (Averoy and Lillestrøm ) and Denmark (Aarhus). You are expected to live close to either Averoy, Lillestrøm or Aarhus and to visit your team on your non-primary locations at least ones a month.


Tasks and responsibilities

Business

  • Be responsible of the financial target for Aftermarket revenue for the given scope â between 40 and 50mEUR in volume
  • Developing and managing a short and long-term plan for the Nordics, including service sales, customer support and management and team development.
  • Deploying the agreed plan that leads to successful achievement of Financial targets and Customer satisfaction; and  all goals for the Nordics and support fulfilment of regionâs goals

Operations

  • Be on top of the daily operations (spares, service) by driving the service back-office team
  • Manage a team of service back-office and front line commercial staff (with external sales, internal sales and supporting roles)
  • You are responsible to ensure commercial escalation is done as agreed and that all persons in the commercial team know and follow the escalation process
  • Work closely the local business leader and the management team

Business Processes

  • Be on top of the internal service business process & Implement changes in business processes when required
  • Ensuring that all customer touchpoints are aligned and defined customer journey expectation is communicated and understood to commercial teams and other functions.

Business Development

  • Driving build-up of market and customer knowledge. Ensure that all business intelligence and opportunity management data is up to date like CRM, customer reports, installed base and sales reports.
  • Analyzing market potential, customers, competitive situation, installed base and existing business and develop short and long term business plan for services in the sub-region to achieve set targets

  • Have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Process, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or Business Administration or similar
  • Have a good command of English
  • 5+ yearsâ experience in a relevant position
  • Have strong people management skills and are self-motivated
  • Have the ability to comprehend, service products and concepts, and consult with customers and colleagues on what solutions are available
  • Have the ability to comprehend internal business process in an international group and sales activities in the Nordics
  • Have excellent commercial skills, including sales, and you are a successful business leader, who has lead team(s) in an aftermarket services environment
  • Are analytical as well as results driven and goal oriented
