Client Service Manager - Projektledelse af Brand Activations

I stillingen som Client Service Manager søger vi frem for alt en rutineret og dreven projektleder til at styre og rådgive vores kunder i arbejdet med udvikling og eksekvering af brand activation projekter. Du vil også få ansvar for den løbende koordinering af arbejdet med de forskellige afdelinger (interne kunder) hos kunden.

Din hverdag bliver derfor dynamisk, meget varieret og vil bestå af både projektledelse og eksekvering og account management.

  • Du elsker at projektstyre og have et ansvar for alle processer i projekt
  • Du har en god kundeforståelse, og arbejder godt selvstændigt men også som en del af større teams.
  • Du ser mulighederne hos kunden, og kan sælge, drive, udvikle og lede ideer til leverancer.
  • Du skal kunne arbejde målrettet både alene og i teams med mange eksterne spillere.
  • Du skal forstå og rådgive vores kunder altefter hvor i kunderejsen vi hjælper til.
  • Du er en mester til eksekvering af projekter effektivt, til budget og til tiden.
  • Du forstår at aktivere et brand og skabe og drive brand experiences.
  • Du er den man kan komme til og få noget set igennem - og så fanger du lige et par detaljer der kan rettes til.

Din baggrund og kvalifikationer

  • Du har mindst 5 års erfaring fra enten kundesiden eller bureau som projektleder og kan se dig selv i følgende punkter:
  • Du er struktureret, hjælpsom og mindst en af dine referencer fremhæver hvor afholdt du er.
  • Du mestrer dansk og engelsk i både skrift og tale
  • Du har en relevant uddannelse bag dig – på minimum bachelor niveau
