IT Senior Project Manager – Play a key role in implementing a new billing solution

Welcome to Project Execution Office
You will join our Project Execution Office – a part of the CDO office within Norlys A/S. The team has full project life cycle responsibility including project governance and processes.

We deliver solutions and projects to all business units across Norlys A/S with products that cover internet, TV and streaming, mobile, eMobility etc.

Important IT projects
As IT project manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Norlys' efforts in the replacement of an existing billing system into a new billing solution and ensure that all Norlys' deliveries are completed according to plan, primarily including analysis, development, testing of integrations and adjustment of peripheral systems in relation to the new integrations and processes. Other tasks will include planning and organizing development tasks with the appropriate teams, booking resources and strong collaboration with key subcontractors.

Persistent project manager with personal and professional preferences
We expect you to:

  • Have 6-10 years of experience in executing large IT development projects with solid knowledge of integration development.
  • Be an experienced and responsible profile who gets things done with a track record of handling major projects as the primary project manager, earning respect through their work and results.
  • Have extensive experience in planning large IT projects involving multiple teams that need to deliver to the overall project.
  • Have basic experience with testing and can collaborate with the test manager.
  • Be proficient in project management disciplines - scoping, stakeholder analysis, planning, follow-up, risk management and can develop strategies to mitigate those risk.
  • Excel in vendor management, especially in an application delivery context, since you will be supporting negotiations, KPI and SLA management, and reporting and delivery meetings.
  • Have knowledgeable in system integration architecture (SOA or event-based) and possesses a strong understanding of processes.
  • Be an effective communicator, familiar with MS Teams and Azure DevOps as primary project tools, and experienced with or knowledgeable in testing principles.
  • Speak English and Danish at a professional level. We expect you to be resident in Denmark and have a valid work permit.
