Som en del af vores team vil du komme til at arbejde med udvikling og support af vores Proces optimeringsprogram. Du vil indgå i et team bestående af dygtige proces forbedringskonsulenter. Fundamentet er LEAN, Supply Chain Management, produktion og service forbedringer. Vi arbejder på basis af Process Mining, som vi betragter som fremtidens digitale værdistrømsanalyse. Vores leverance er typisk en "ny operating model", skræddersyet til den enkelte virksomhed. Operating modellen anvendes efterfølgende som kravspecifikation til udvikling/implementering af nyt ERP-system.

NTT DATA Business Solutions er SAP-partner på ERP-området. Vi har kunder i og partnere i + lande og du vil derfor også blive involveret i det daglige internationale samarbejde. Dine opgaver vil spænde vidt fra implementering, presales, rådgivning, optimering, support, kundepleje, dokumentation - alt sammen med udgangspunkt i proces optimeringer. Du kommer til at arbejde internt med fortsat at udvikle proces optimering samt implementere forbedringer hos vores kunder, primært i Norden med også med mulighed for internationale implementeringer.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

Har 5- års erfaring som konsulent Har stor erfaring med Business Process Management (BPM), herunder proces analyse, proces mapping, proces forbedringer, proces optimering og proces mining Erfaring med LEAN og/eller Six Sigma principper Erfaring med projektledelse og forandringsledelse Indsigt i produktion/ supply chain Er udadvendt og har gode kommunikationsevner Arbejder selvstændigt, er proaktiv, tager initiativ og ansvar Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk Er serviceminded, imødekommende og evner at have mange bolde i luften uden at miste overblikket Er struktureret og grundig i dit arbejde

Erfaringer du med fordel kan have:

Tidligere erfaring som konsulent er at foretrække men ikke et must Erfaring/kendskab til SAP er en fordel men ikke et must
