Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
This is an excellent chance to take on a role with diverse responsibilities that evolve to meet current and future business needs in GPS. You'll be a key figure in GPS, interacting with stakeholders across the Lundbeck value chain and externally, accountable for:
- Ongoing coordination of GPS inputs for impact assessments for product launches, Product Range Management globally, business development opportunities, and geographical footprint,
- Leading initiatives to operationalize patient safety systems and processes aligned with strategic priorities,
- Driving or supporting process improvement initiatives,
- Overseeing strategic partners/vendors as required,
- Collaborating with colleagues managing vendor contracts, pharmacovigilance agreements, and local affiliate support teams.

Projects & Partnering is part of the GPS organization within Lundbeck Research & Development, responsible for patient safety globally. Our global team of about 100 professionals operates across Denmark, Singapore, and the US.
The Projects & Partnering department is based in Valby, Denmark, and supports all GPS sites.

What you bring to the team
We look for individuals with a Master's level education or equivalent and a minimum of 2-3 years of pharma experience. Experience in patient safety systems, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, or Biotech is preferred. The ideal candidate has change management experience, vendor/partner management skills, and can influence business changes for patient and business benefits.
You should be adaptable, proactive, accountable, have good communication and stakeholder management skills, and strive for simplicity and productivity in processes.
