Suspicious Activity Reporting Office Denmark (SAR DK) arbejder med undersøgelse af atypisk og mistænkelig adfærd relateret til hvidvask, terrorfinansiering og skatteunddragelse. Hvis vi har mistanke om kriminel adfærd, er vi forpligtiget til at underrette Hvidvasksekretariatet om dette.

SAR er en del af Group Compliance under Financial Crime Compliance. SAR har medarbejdere i Danmark, Finland, Sverige, Norge og Baltikum.

Aktiv leder

Som teamleder i SAR DK vil du have det daglige ansvar for et team bestående af dygtige medarbejdere, der er specialister i at undersøge finansiel kriminalitet relateret til hvidvask og terrorfinansiering. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med Head of SAR DK, som du også refererer til.

Afdelingen har igennem de senere år gennemgået en udvikling fra et mindre team til en afdeling med over 60 medarbejdere. Der er behov for en teamleder, der kan sikre en fortsat god udvikling i teamet og styrkelse af vores procedurer, ekspertise og undersøgelsesevner.

Samarbejde, struktur og udvikling er nøgleord i forhold til denne stilling, da du, ud over personaleledelse, vil have berøringsflader både internt og eksternt i banken, og vi ønsker et godt samarbejdsklima med alle vores interessenter. Samtidig ønsker vi at udvikle vores metoder og interne procedurer, og bygge videre på den gode kvalitet, høje faglighed og høje effektivitet, der allerede er til stede i teamet.

Vi forventer, at du er struktureret og kan bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag. Det forventes, at du er et godt forbillede for dine medarbejdere og går foran, når der er brug for det. Du vil have ansvaret for at håndtere ressourcerne i dit team, så opgaver prioriteres og alle på teamet bringes i spil bedst muligt. Det forventes, at du gennem din ledelse motiverer teamet og sætter standarden for deres arbejde. Dette gøres igennem samarbejde, inddragelse og dialog. Men også via beslutninger og eksekvering. Du er også ansvarlig for den enkelte medarbejders udvikling.

Medarbejder med interesse for AML/CTF området

Den ideelle kandidat har erfaring med hvidvaskområdet og gerne i en funktion hvor begreber som undersøgelses- og underretningspligt er velkendte termer.

Du vil blive en del af et ledelsesteam bestående af tre erfarne leder-kollegaer som vil understøtte dig i din opstart i afdelingen. Vi forventer, at du har personaleledelses erfaring og er klar til, at prøve kræfter med rollen som teamleder i et specialist team.

Som person er du struktureret, samarbejdsorienteret og du sætter en ære i at levere dit arbejde i en god kvalitet. Du kan trives i en uformel tone og bidrager til den gode stemning i afdelingen. Grundet vores arbejde forventer vi en høj grad af integritet og evne til at overholde din tavshedspligt.

Vi forventer, at du kan tale og skrive både dansk og engelsk på et professionelt niveau.
