Hvordan ser din rolle ud?
Som Compliance Officer i SEB Danmark bliver du en del af en compliance afdeling med en normering på 5 Compliance Officers, som aktivt understøtter forretningen og ledelsen i 2. forsvarslinje for at sikre, at SEB Danmarks forretning udføres i overensstemmelse med gældende myndighedskrav og styrker troværdigheden i kundernes og de finansielle markeders øjne.

I rollen som Compliance Officer i SEB har du i høj grad mulighed for at påvirke udførelsen af compliancearbejdet og være med til at forme din egen rolle. Du vil have daglig kontakt med mange forskellige dele af organisationen, herunder både medarbejdere og ledelsen – ligesom du vil have et tæt samarbejde med kolleger i Group Compliance.

Du vil have et primært compliance-område, som du selvstændigt vil tage ansvar for. Det vil være:

Databeskyttelse og generel regulering, herunder databeskyttelse, betalinger, likviditetsstyring, outsourcing, IT, interessekonflikter, whistleblower og konkurrence mv.

Du vil desuden have et sekundært område, som du vil tage medansvar for. Det vil være:

Forebyggelse af økonomisk kriminalitet, herunder hvidvask, finansiering af terrorisme, sanktioner, svig, bestikkelse og korruption mv.

På alle compliance-områder vil der altid være en primær og sekundær ansvarlig, således at man to og to samarbejder og understøtter hinanden i arbejdets udførsel.

Desuden vil du bidrage på compliance-området "Myndigheder & Governance",herunder myndighedskontakt, produktgodkendelser, complianceprogrammer og diverse projekter mv.

Du vil også bidrage tværgående på andre compliance-områder efter behov, da vi alle hjælper hinanden og samarbejder tæt omkring opfyldelsen af vores fælles mål.

I arbejdets udførelse forventes du at:
· bidrage med compliance risikoanalyser og planlægning af aktiviteter

· rådgive i forhold til emner og problemstillinger inden for regulatorisk compliance

· have ekspertviden om relevante produkter, processer, services og koncepter

· overvåge forretningsområderne i overensstemmelse med aftalt overvågningsprogram

· vurdere og evaluere compliance risici løbende og følge op på identificerede risici

· rapportere til ledelsen kvartalsvis og ad hoc om identificerede compliance udfordringer

· forberede myndighedsundersøgelser og anden kontakt med myndigheder

· undervise ledere og medarbejdere for at sikre en effektiv compliancekultur

· være ajourført med viden inden for relevant regulering og markedspraksis

· deltage i eksterne og interne compliancenetværk/forum og diverse koncernaktiviteter

Som Compliance Officer forventes du at være:
· proaktiv, løsningsorienteret og samarbejdende

· fleksibel på opgavetyper og åben for at bidrage tværfagligt

· i stand til at indgå i et dynamisk miljø og holde mange bolde i luften på samme tid

· selvstændig med en høj integritet og en stærk dømmekraft

· en effektiv kommunikator med stor forretningsforståelse

Som Compliance Officer vægter vi, at du har:
· en relevant akademisk uddannelse så som eller

· mindst fem års erfaring med compliancearbejde eller tilsvarende regulatorisk arbejde

· høj ekspertise inden for et eller flere af de ovenfornævnte compliance områder

· solid erfaring fra en finansiel virksomhed og/eller relevant myndighed

· stort kendskab til finansielle produkter, processer og markedsmekanismer
