We are thrilled to announce an opening for a senior data scientist to join our ranks of highly skilled data enthusiasts. We cover every role across the data & AI space and you will join people who take pride in their technical skills and want to utilize them to help our clients grow their business.

While you know your way around many technologies, you have a special love for all things AI in Python and are likely suffering from extreme amounts of weekly FOMO caused by the rapidly moving field of GenAI. You are motivated by keeping up with cutting-edge technology and can't wait to utilize it in a production setting.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to solve complex business challenges for our clients, and you will help develop our own practices in order for us to stay on top of a rapidly changing field.

In VENZO we work in cross-disciplinary teams bringing together a diverse set of minds, skills and experiences to address our clients' challenges. We cover many technical disciplines such as data platform & analytics, AI, automation and custom app development, while helping our clients get the most out of their tech-investments with management consulting, process excellence and change management.

About the role

If we are the perfect match, you will be expected to:

  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data science projects.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, actively learning and applying new technologies.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models in a production environment, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and performance.
  • Utilize a strong understanding of LLM techniques to tackle specific problems and add value to the business.
  • Leverage cloud services (Primarily Azure) to build and deploy data pipelines and models.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong focus on code quality, documentation, and best practices.

And you can identify with most of the following:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like Pandas, PyTorch, XGBoost, LangChain.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database systems.
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing AI/ML models in production.
  • In-depth knowledge of NLP and LLM techniques is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
