Then come join us in the Western Europe Project Management Office (PMO) of Carlsberg Integrated Information Technology (IIT) where we are looking for a Project Assistant who can support us in our efforts to run IT-projects delivering value for our markets in Western Europe. In the WE PMO, we govern the IT-project portfolio and manage IT-projects supporting functions such as commercial, supply chain, finance, and breweries.

What you'll be doing

As a Project Assistant in the team, you will work with several tasks within the area of project management, governance, communication, reporting, administrative tasks, and stakeholder management. Your tasks will be from User administrative tasks to entry-level project management responsibilities, supporting the Programme Leadership run global projects

Furthermore, your primary tasks include:

Assisting project managers on specific projects with stakeholder management, facilitation of meetings, etc. Facilitate team meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Various administrative tasks such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support. Run your own activities in work streams of projects. Support recruitment tasks. Support PM in financial and budget tasks. Set up new joiners and system access for externals. Manage programme level documentation; action logs, risks, decision logs etc. Develop creative programme communication.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a full-time Project Assistant who will be working directly with the Programme Manager in a supportive role running an extensive and complex programme. The candidate has/is:

Eager to kick start a career in project management Creative and diligent with a solid academic and professional record Curious and fast learning Self-driven A strategic thinker with problem-solving skill Openminded and positive attitude Ownership feeling of your activities even the trivial one Advanced written and verbal English communication skills Some degree of technical understanding But most important that you are open to learning.
