Som en del af vores Booking-team vil dine opgaver omfatte:

  • Håndtering af indgående og udgående telefonopkald
  • Effektiv booking af vores fotografer til opgaver i hele Danmark
  • Daglig disponering og tæt dialog med vores fotografer
  • Optimal ressourceudnyttelse med fokus på opgaver, tid og geografi
  • Levering af professionel og rettidig service med et smil
  • Håndtering af servicekald til ejendomsmæglere
  • Ad hoc-administrative opgaver

    Som Booking Coordinator spiller du en nøglerolle hos EFKT - en virksomhed, der konstant stræber efter at levere førsteklasses service til vores samarbejdspartnere, og det er her, du kommer ind i billedet.

    Hvem er du?
    • Vi forestiller os at du læser på en videregående uddannelse, og at du har mulighed for at arbejde 8-12 timer om ugen
    • Du må meget gerne have arbejdet med booking eller som koordinator før, men det er ikke et krav
    • Du er velorganiseret, serviceminded og dygtig til at kommunikere med mennesker både mundtligt og på skrift
    • Du er positiv og løsningsorienteret, og du kan sprede godt humør over telefonen
    • Du trives i et travlt og til tider hektisk miljø
    • Du taler og skriver dansk

      Vi tilbyder

      Hos os kommer du til at arbejde på en spændende og dynamisk arbejdsplads med dedikerede kollegaer.       Din arbejdstid vil primært ligge på hverdage mellem kl. 8 og 16. Efter endt oplæring vil der vil også være mulighed for aften- og weekendarbejde.

      Dit arbejdssted vil være på Scandiagade i Sydhavnen, hvor vi netop er flyttet ind i Harvings Pakhus - en ejendom med historie og sjæl, der er nyrenoveret fra kælder til kvist. Her er en lækker personalerestaurant og eget fitnesscenter.
