The Job

We are seeking a versatile Software Engineering Specialist with a builder's mindset and a broad skill set. You will collaborate on diverse projects ranging from fleet management and embedded programming to backend, APIs, and frontend development. Our stack comprises modern technologies including Rust, C++, Python, Typescript, React and React Native, and much more.

You'll be joining a new and small team whose job is to build and maintain the software that powers our cutting-edge healthcare solutions. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to develop and deploy new features, improve existing ones, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems. Think of this team as the special forces of our engineering department, tackling the most challenging and cross-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities: Create and manage backend services and APIs to support various applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge. Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve products and processes. Contribute to the architecture and design of new software solutions across the stack. Improve our CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure. Collaborate on building infrastructure monitoring tools.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a software engineer with a broad skill set. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and a builder's mindset. Experience with backend development, APIs, and frontend development. Familiarity with embedded programming and fleet management systems is a plus. Comfortable working with cloud platforms, especially AWS. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of best practices in software development and design patterns.
