Core Responsibilities:

Join our diverse, cross-functional team of 7, collaborating with product organizations, UX designers, and software engineers to deliver innovative Identity solutions for our Partners and unify our solution stack.

  • Design and build scalable services on AWS and Azure using TypeScript, , and create dynamic UIs with React.
  • Develop robust IAM solutions on Azure AD B2C.
  • Embrace test automation as a key part of your daily practice, building unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure consistently high-quality software engineering.
  • Participate in code reviews, sharing your knowledge and expertise with other software engineers.
  • Identify and resolve security, scalability, and performance issues.
  • Support our services in production with a "we build it, we support it" mindset.

We're developing the services, tools, and workflows that enable a unified experience for Retail Partners when interacting with the LEGO Group. Our vision is to fully integrate our customers' experiences by bringing together diverse workflows, technologies, identities, and content.

Our tech stack is diverse, primarily featuring TypeScript + React), Serverless, AWS, and Azure, with Azure AD B2C. While expertise in all these technologies isn't required, a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.

We're looking for someone with the right learning mentality and passion to dive into new application areas. A phenomenal collaborator and communicator who loves building products as part of a team. Being an excellent problem solver who is open to various technologies to craft the best solutions is essential.

You'll do well if you:

  • Have hands-on experience as a full stack or backend engineer.
  • Have experience building distributed systems in the cloud.
  • Are experienced with CI/CD workflows.
  • Have excellent spoken and written English skills.

Knowledge or experience with identity providers, event-driven systems and architectures, and infrastructure as code is an advantage.
