We offer you the opportunity to play a key role in the future of Bang & Olufsen as part of the Strategy and Investor relations team. You will take part in an exciting time as we accelerate our strategic execution in the coming years.

You will be a part of the Strategy and Investor Relations team consisting of three soon to be four members, who work across the Bang & Olufsen organisation and engage with key internal as well as external stakeholders.

Join us as a Strategy & Investor Relations Consultant/Analyst and you will gain a wide network across the organisation where your contribution is highly valued.

Key responsibilities
You will join our team based at our Lyngby offices in Copenhagen in our newly established cross-functional Strategy & Investor Relations team.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with a high drive and attention to detail. This role demands someone who can effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will work cross functional within Strategy and Investor Relations and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consulting and/or investor relations.

• Deliver executive material such as board material etc. with precision and high quality.
• Monitoring strategy progress and reporting on key strategic initiatives.
• Conduct and present analyses for strategic decision making.
• Conducting market intelligence research (e.g. conducting peer, market and industry analyses).
• Design, create and facilitate engaging projects with the organization, executive management and the board; from material to meeting execution.
• Contribute to strengthening the Strategy & Investor Relations team.
• Play a crucial part in the implementation of our strategy across the organization and communicating our strategic progress to key internal and external stakeholders.

What you bring

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Strategy or Business Administration.
• Generalist with 3-5 years of experience within Consulting, Finance, Investor Relations or similar.
• Experience in effectively advising senior management.
• Structured analytical thinker who can easily turn complex data into meaningful insights.
• Strong analytical thinker mastering quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Preferable experience from consumer-oriented industry (preferably in technology or luxury)

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Travel: Approx. 5%
