Join a passionate Human Interface Design team to understand and translate the needs of our target audience into designs for magical interfaces, interactions and experiences and bring them to life through product development with cross functional domain experts.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and define the human problems and needs our products and systems are to address, to deliver experiences that embodies our strategy of Luxury, Timeless, Technology.
- Accountable for implementing the design intent from the biggest ideas to the tiniest details.
- Provide clear design direction, thoughtfully articulated with accurate documentation, from the earliest exploration stages to final implementation and market launch.
- Communicate design intentions on various levels in a simple, relevant and engaging way – verbally, written, visually and through prototypes.
- Support stakeholders in translating human needs into scenarios and technology applications, that becomes specific concepts and products.
- Understand the multi-faceted nature of the project and facilitate the needed efforts in parallel.
- Ensure that the work on a specific product or project aligns with overall system intentions.
What you bring
We are seeking someone with an interdisciplinary educational background in fields such as Interaction Design, UX Design, Computer Science. Or maybe you don’t fit any mold and have industry experience instead.
Moreover, you bring:
- Proven experience of creating compelling concepts and designs and being able to share your ideas across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- You express yourself by turning models of thinking into digital or physical prototypes.
- Excel in translating human needs and experiences into documentation fit for project development.
- Able to visualize and communicate design work in diverse ways.
- Integrate and simplify various insights, data and technical requirements into a holistic design.
- Experience in visual presentation/ prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe suite, PPT, Protopie etc.)
- Holistic mindset while still detail oriented. Ability to make the complex simple.
- Ability to work flexibly, exercising a balance between rigorous research and execution as well as leaving space for inspiration.
- Be curious about other designers' and domain experts’ projects and processes. Look for opportunities to contribute and learn.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
What we offer
You will work closely with other Human Interface Design team members, for inspiration, clarifications of challenges and joint goals. Furthermore, you will collaborate regularly with other Design functions, Engineers, Developers and other technical experts around opportunities to realise design intentions all the way to carrying out final implementation details and ensuring the final product is as expected. Product Management teams will also be a key stakeholder, delivering their perspectives on the commercial needs and opportunities that are relevant to our target audience.
