Teknisk Salgs Rådgiver

Elsker du at slå konkurrenterne i markedet? Trives du i kontakten med kunderne, og formår du at opbygge vedvarende relationer? Har du høj teknisk forståelse/flair? Så er du den nye tekniske salgsrådgiver og kollega, vi står og mangler. Til vores industrielle salgs team mangler vi en ny teknisk rådgiver. Du bliver en del af et team på 6, med ansvaret for Region Syddanmark. Du vil referere ind til Sales Manageren for Industri.

Dagligt vil du have opsøgende kundekontakt, hvor fokus er salg af produkter og miljøforbedrende tiltag til industrien mm. Kunderne, du vil have dialog med, strækker sig over mange forskellige industrier. Vi er på jagt efter en til teamet, der har stort engagement og interesse i den bedste løsning for kunden. Du er den, der står for analysen af kundens behov for produkter og tilhørende serviceydelser samt de konkrete indsamlinger af data, relateret til hvert tilbud. Du vil blive en del af et stærkt samarbejde i salgstemaet, hvor der er fokus på at dele viden og erfaringer med hinanden.

For at få succes i rollen, er vi på jagt efter en der har en stærk selvstændighed, vedholdenhed, samarbejdsevne og fokus på kunder. Målet med rollen er at skabe langvarige relationer med vores kunder. Her skal du bidrage med teknisk rådgivning til både eksisterende og potentielle nye kunder. Du vil få ansvaret for dine egne kunder i Region Syddanmark, som vil være det distrikt, du er ansvarlig for. Vi ser derfor, at det er nødvendigt, at du er bosat i dette område.

Du planlægger selv dine regelmæssige kundebesøg og sørger for at dokumentere og holde kundeinformationen opdateret.Du får eget salgsbudget og trives i at blive målt på dine resultater. Selvom dine nærmeste kolleger i RENO taler dansk, så vil meget træning og kommunikation foregå på engelsk, da RENO er en del af Atlas Copco, og engelsk er koncernsproget. Et godt kendskab til Office pakken og tidligere erfaring med systemer er en klar fordel. Har du en teknisk baggrund er det en fordel, men en god salgsbaggrund, med en positiv indstilling og evne til at lære vil også være et godt udgangspunkt. Dansk i skrift og tale er et ufravigeligt krav.

I dag er vi markedsførende i Danmark på trykluftkompressorer og besidder igennem vores position og erfaring en omfattende viden og kompetence. Vi tilbyder derudover branchens største produktsortiment, ligesom vi henvender vi os til alle kundetyper og -størrelser.

RENO beskæftiger i dag ca. 60 medarbejdere. Industrisalg, servicekoordinering og administration er samlet på vores kontor i Egå ved Aarhus, mens produktion, lager og forhandlersalg er samlet i vores afdeling i Thyregod.
