As a Product Manager, you will work across teams and departments to guide software products from research over idea to launch by connecting the customer-, technical- and business worlds. You'll break down complex problems into steps that advance product development at the speed of light through clear objective setting and strong roadmaps. You will be important for inspiring today's industrial digital transformation and supporting the industry to revamp its businesses with strategic and powerful solutions.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark.

Every day is different, but you can expect to:

  • Drive the research, concept development, launch, and improvement of software capabilities with your product team, with the goal to create a strong outcome for our customers, our business, and the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to get new capabilities shaped and shipped.
  • Define and analyze success metrics of products based on the desired outcomes to learn what worked and what didn't.
  • Work collaboratively with our Product Marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, core messaging, and enablement tools to support internally and externally.
  • Contribute to the shared vision of the Trackunit product ecosystem and drive consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for your product areas and thereby facilitate product evangelism to ensure widespread adoption of our products.
  • Lead with transparency in progress updates and seek perspectives from colleagues and key stakeholders to keep alignment across teams and a connected product offer.

Our hiring process

  • Don't waste your time on writing the perfect cover letter for the job. We want you to create an impact that matters, and that's not in the cover letter.
  • Meet and greet - likely on a virtual videocall. Here you will meet the hiring manager and other relevant colleagues, so we can get to know each other better.
  • Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment (we use Hogan) prior to the interview. In the interview, you will first of all get feedback on your results, but the aim is just as well to have a dialogue about what you thrive in, what we offer etc. We know it's a two way street.
  • Assignment-specific interview. We want you to get an insight into some of the concrete work tasks or challenges related to the role. You will be given a case to prepare prior to the interview, and at the interview, you will present the case to relevant colleagues from across Trackunit, who you'll also work closely with in the job.
  • If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself.
