Vi søger en dedikeret Product Support Manager til vores team, der får det overordnede ansvar for dyrlæge journalsystemet Vetma med fokus på kundevendt produktudvikling.

Som Product Support Manager vil du spille en central rolle i implementeringen og videreudviklingen af vores produkt. Du vil være ansvarlig for at skabe værdi for vores kunder samt for virksomheden som helhed.

Vores team

Vetma projektet drives aktuelt af et mindre team. I forbindelse med implementering og videreudvikling af produktet har teamet bruge for flere stærke kræfter, som vil tage del i udviklingen af et spændende nyt markedsområde med fantastiske vækstmuligheder.

I et lille selvstændigt team bliver hvert medlem et stort tandhjul i maskineriet. Din rolle kommer med en unik mulighed for at have en direkte og betydelig indflydelse på teamets succes og retning. Med flade strukturer er vejen fra idé til handling kort. Der er rig mulighed for ikke blot at udfylde en forudbestemt rolle, men aktivt at definere og forme dit eget arbejdsområde.

Ansvarsområder

Onboarding af nye kunder for at sikre en positiv og værdiskabende drift hos kunderne.
Omsætte inputs til nye funktioner og forbedringer i samarbejde med udviklerteamet.
Daglig kommunikation med kunder for at afhjælpe eventuelle problemstillinger og forstå deres behov.
Teste og validere nye produktfunktioner
Dokumentation af software og funktionalitet
Dokumentere og rapportere om supportproblemer
Bidrage til produktudvikling ved at indsamle feedback fra brugere.

Kvalifikationer


• Gode kommunikationsevner. Du skal kunne tale og skrive både dansk og engelsk.


• Gode tekniske problemløsningsevner


• Stærk IT-baggrund med forståelse for kontinuerlig produktudvikling.


• Proaktiv og initiativrig med fokus på at opnå resultater gennem samarbejde.


• Evne til at arbejde selvstændigt såvel som i teams.

Løn

Løn efter kvalifikationer.

Arbejdssted

Virksomhedens daglige drift foregår i Løgstør, mens Vetma-teamet er placeret i Aalborg.
Der vil være mulighed for at sammensætte en arbejdsuge, med dage på kontoret i henholdsvis Løgstør og Aalborg.
Der er på sigt også mulighed for delvist at arbejde hjemmefra.

Virksomhedsbeskrivelse

VetPharm EDB & Marketing har eksisteret siden 2007 og har siden start haft fokus på udvikling af IT-løsninger og services til danske apoteker. De senere år har virksomheden udvidet sit fokus til dyrlægepraksis som en ny kundegruppe. Vetma er et nyudviklet webbaseret journalsystem, skræddersyet til svine- og kvægdyrlægepraksis. Vi fokuserer på at levere markedets bedste produkt, der opfylder både kundernes behov og vores forretningsmæssige mål.
