Vil du arbejde med Cloud teknologier og IT-drift?

Hvad indeholder CGI's Talent Program?
Som en del af vores Talent Program vil du blive udfordret i flere forskellige discipliner inden for IT consulting, og programmets indhold vil blive skræddersyet efter dine individuelle og forretningens behov. Som en del af programmet vil du blive tildelt en mentor, der vil støtte dig gennem din faglige og personlige udvikling.

Programmet varer 12 måneder og vil være en kombination af teoretisk træning og praktisk erfaring. Den teoretiske uddannelse vil primært finde sted i starten af programmet, mens programmets slutning primært vil fokusere på oplæring i projekter og kundearbejde.

Udover det daglige arbejde, bliver du også en del af vores Talenthold på tværs af den danske forretning. Her mødes man flere gange om året, og bliver trænet og inspireret på tværfaglige emner, med mulighed for at dyrke både det faglige og det sociale fællesskab.

Talent i Application Operations Team
Den primære opgave i afdelingen er at sikre stabil applikations, platforms- og infrastrukturdrift og foretage teknisk forvaltning af applikationer på CGIs eller kundernes egne infrastrukturplatforme. Som Talent i Application Operations teamet kan du være med til at udvikle samt drifte vores Cloud Native Platform eller varetage klassisk applikations drift for Kunderne i den private eller offentlige sektor.

Du har en uddannelse, som fx: Datalog, Software Engineer, datamatiker eller noget helt tredje. Du kan være nyuddannet eller har måske allerede erhvervserfaring indenfor IT-konsulentbranchen.

Som person er du åben, udadvendt og selvstændig, og du skal selv kunne byde ind på opgaver og skabe gode relationer til dine kollegaer og de kunder, vi arbejder for. Du er forretningsorienteret i et teknisk miljø med gode ideer og kreativitet, og du forstår kompleksiteten i drift og forvaltning som involverer flere parter - interne som eksterne, og hvordan man leverer vellykkede resultater til tiden

Du har en naturlig nysgerrighed og interesse for branchen, og holder dig gerne ajour med viden indenfor området, som er nødvendig, for at kunne levere den rigtige løsning til vores kunder. Du tænder på "doing" snarere end teoretisering og ønsker at forstå detaljerede sammenhænge mellem data og processer, og du er ikke bange for at spørge, hvis der er noget der undrer dig.

Du kan formulere dig på et højt fagligt niveau både i skrift og tale – på dansk og engelsk.
