KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute and manage our webinar series following established processes. Discover, source, and build lists of potential webinar opportunities. Utilize scraping tools and chrome extensions to pull event from online lists Enrich and automate email outreach in emails such as Smartlead and Clay. Use and update the team on their success in a project management tool (Linear) Maintain accurate records of outreach and organize efforts efficiently. Track speaker requests and manage the scheduling of webinars. Monitor and report on the performance of webinars and outreach efforts. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies to enhance event operations.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with digital marketing and outreach campaigns. Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Workspace. Ability to learn and use new tools for discovery, tracking, and outreach. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
EXTRA POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING: Experience with automated outbound tools like Clay. Proven track record of successfully managing digital events. Familiarity with scraping tools and techniques. Experience in managing large-scale outreach campaigns. Certifications in digital marketing or event management.
