About this role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Strategy Director to help shape our clients' digital futures. As a key member of our Experience & Engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in creating transformative digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Be at the forefront of everything we create, from ideation to execution.
  2. Data analysis & research: Delve into the business of our clients and uncover insights to drive their digital objectives.
  3. Innovation: Explore new frontiers and uncover what our clients need to elevate their digital presence.
  4. Client Advisory: Provide expert advice and set visionary goals for our clients, ensuring their digital strategies align with business objectives.
  5. Workshop Facilitation: Conduct dynamic workshops and co-creation sessions that inspire and energize all participants.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Foster and enhance client relationships through effective communication and impactful presentations.

What we are looking for

  1. Passionate and Insightful: A deep love for digital, coupled with a keen analytical mind and a knack for creative solutions.
  2. Agency or Consultancy Experience: Proven experience on the agency side, with a strong commercial understanding.
  3. Ecom Experience: Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in online retail.
  4. Educational Background: Degree in Design, Communication, Digital Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  5. Design and UX Savvy: A good sense of design and online user experience, with the ability to make ideas tangible and visual.
  6. Pragmatic Decision-Maker: Able to deal with ambiguity and make decisive decisions based on analyses.
  7. Multidisciplinary Connector: Ability to integrate different disciplines in your strategic thinking, working seamlessly with designers, creatives, and developers.
  8. Effective Communicator: Maintain strong client relationships and deliver compelling presentations.
  9. Working proficiency of English.
  10. Direct availability to start working in Denmark (Copenhagen).
