Den ledige stilling som Business Manager på partnerområdet ligger i forretningsenheden KMD Welfare, hvor vi er mere end 200 medarbejdere, som arbejder inden for både det social- og sundhedsfaglige område og på beskæftigelsesområdet.

KMD Nexus er en Cloud-baseret og moderne IT-løsning med mere end slutbrugere dagligt. Vi er markedsledende ind for vores felt og har høj kundetilfredshed og ambitioner om at ekspandere vores markedsposition yderligere. På beskæftigelsesområdet står vi med KMD Momentum solidt i markedet med høj kundetilfredshed og specialiseret viden på området, og nu er vi i gang med at indtage en endnu større markedsandel. Dér tror vi på at partnerskaber er en del af nøglen til at lykkes med det.

I stillingen som Business Manager leder vi efter en kommerciel profil, som brænder for at skabe værdi for vores kunder og for vores løsninger KMD Nexus og Momentum ved at finde de rette strategiske partnerskaber, identificere forretningspotentialet, lave kontraktindgåelse og modne produktet internt. Dette skal overdrages til vores implementeringsteam, som sikrer at løsningen kommer ud og leve hos vores slutbrugere. Vi har allerede de første strategiske partnerskaber i hus, og nu skal vi udvide vores portefølje yderligere.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver vil være:

  • Identificering af strategiske partnerskaber på KMD Nexus og Momentum
  • Udarbejdelse af visionære forretningsmodeller for partnerskaberne
  • Kontraktforhandling og - indgåelse
  • At være samarbejdspartner med vores strategiske partnerskaber
  • At arbejde tæt sammen med vores Product Managers og implementeringsteam, om partnerskabsleverancerne

Om dig

  • Du skal have øje for forretning og kunne identificere en god forretningsmulighed for KMD Welfare
  • Det er en fordel hvis du har erfaring fra en lignende stilling
  • Det er en fordel hvis du har en baggrund inden for det sundheds-eller socialfaglige eller beskæftigelsesområdet, men det er ikke et krav så længe du brænder for at skabe resultater
  • Du må gerne være en "starter", men du skal også evne at identificere de vigtigste opgaver og komme helt i mål med dem
  • Du skal være struktureret og være god til at følge processer
  • Du skal være god til at relationsopbygge og etablere en tæt relation til vores strategiske partnere
  • Du er selvkørende og er god til at skabe fremdrift og resultater

Vi tilbyder et uformelt arbejdsmiljø med høje ambitioner både for vores produkt og for vores partner-afdeling. Afdelingen består af en projektleder og Director Sarah Lundtang, og nu mangler vi en dygtig og energisk Business Manager som har lyst til at tage vores partnerafdeling til næste niveau. Vi er et mindre team, men du vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores Product Managers, Costumer Succes Managers og konsulentafdeling, så der er i stillingen muligheder for at komme vidt omkring i KMD Welfare.
