Your primary focus will be to translate the area's strategic priorities into relevant and impactful People and Organization (P&O) actions.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business priorities into P&O actions, enabling leaders to drive organizational development and effectiveness, change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, talent management and development, culture, and engagement.
- Work closely with senior managers and organizational development teams to identify challenges and propose solutions at a strategic and tactical level.
- Build trustful relationships with leaders and enable them to shape and foster an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way.
- Support leaders and their management teams with guidance on tasks related to running the business, including preparing for and facilitating annual people processes.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a large, international, and culturally diverse environment with change management and organizational development.
- Excellent analytical skills, flair for data, strong communication competence, ability to facilitate and present, and solid stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business into HR actions based on a thorough understanding of challenges and future outlook.
- Knowledge of how to remove people and organization-related roadblocks, ensuring strong support to strategy implementation.
- Relevant academic degree in HR, Organization, Business Psychology, or similar.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
