Welcome to Group Regulatory Management, a pivotal unit within Group Legal at Nordea. Group Legal is a dynamic and evolving unit responsible for legal and regulatory oversight within our organization. Collaboration with regulators and adept management of regulatory changes are of key importance to Nordea. The diverse teams within Group Regulatory Management are instrumental in managing this responsibility.



We are currently seeking a colleague to join our Regulatory Overview & Assessments team. In this role, you will keep our business areas and group functions informed about upcoming legislative EU and local Nordic files relevant to their operations, enabling compliance and strategic decision-making. As a Regulatory Manager, you will play a crucial role in analyzing the regulatory changes and ensuring that relevant areas within the Nordea Group are well-informed.



Working with regulation at a prominent systemic bank like Nordea offers unparalleled insight into the significant societal role played by leading financial institutions. Contributing to Nordea's compliance with the legal framework provides a unique sense of purpose and responsibility.

As the Regulatory Manager, your responsibilities may include:


• Monitoring regulatory changes relevant to business areas or group functions

• Conducting assessments of new or amended regulations on a Group-wide scale

• Facilitating Regulatory Change Forum meetings for business areas and group functions

• Participating in internal development initiatives


You'll join a close-knit team characterized by high team spirit. The role is based in Copenhagen.

Your experience and background:


• Solid understanding of Nordea's organizational structure are preferred

• Robust knowledge about the legislative process

• Proficiency in comprehending regulatory requirements

• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish

• Background in regulatory, risk, compliance-related matters, or relevant job experience
