Your Role:
As a CS Specialist at Agreena, you will play a vital role in overseeing a portfolio of farmers on our platform, facilitating their onboarding, and actively supporting our yearly carbon cycle. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong relationships with farmers, gathering essential data, and designing tailored success strategies for their benefit.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer account management;
  • Support the harvest year cycle through user onboarding and validation;
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships;
  • Identify growth opportunities within your territory;
  • Assist in handling client requests or escalations;
  • Reinforce support activities by addressing customer requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Native level fluency in Hungarian and excellent English skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

  • Proficiency in other languages;
  • Experience in agriculture or sustainability;
  • Previous roles in customer-facing positions;
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
