Finance Assistant søges

For vores kunde, Uncle Grey, som er en international kommunikations- og marketingvirksomhed, søger vi en selvstændig og detaljeorienteret Finance Assistant. I rollen som Finance Assistant vil du få en spændende mulighed for at sætte dit eget præg og udvikle dine kompetencer inden for finans og regnskab. Du kommer til at blive en del af en vækstorienteret virksomhed med et åbent og dynamisk arbejdsmiljø med fokus på socialt sammenhold. Dit team er bestående af 8 engagerede og dygtige kolleger og afdelingen er kendetegnet ved høje ambitioner, faglig udvikling og et stærkt samarbejde.

DINE PRIMÆRE ARBEJDSOPGAVER

  • Oprettelse af nye leverandører og sørge for at virksomhedens leverandørstamdata er ajourført og i overensstemmelse med koncernens politikker
  • Modtage, kontrollere og registrere fakturaer fra virksomhedens leverandører
  • Modtage, kontrollere og registrere expense rapporter fra virksomhedens kollegaer
  • Sørge for korrekte momsindberetninger, ajourføring af anlægsregister samt løbende afstemning af koncerninterne mellemværender
  • Deltage i månedsafslutningsproces

FAGLIGE KVALIFIKATIONER

  • Du har god IT- og systemforståelse, så du nemt og hurtigt kan sætte dig ind i Uncle Greys regnskabssystem, Maconomy
  • Du kommer med bred økonomisk og regnskabsmæssig forståelse
  • Du har gode kommunikationsfærdigheder på dansk og engelsk

PERSONLIGE KVALIFIKATIONER

  • Du er vant til at arbejde selvstændigt med dine opgaver og trives med at påtage dig ansvar
  • Du evner med sund fornuft og en kritisk indstilling at prioritere dine arbejdsopgaver, så de kommer i mål
  • Du kan lide at kommunikere internt i organisationen såvel som med kunder eksternt
  • Du er i besiddelse af godt humør og gode samarbejdsevner på alle niveauer

ARBEJDSTID

Fuldtid, 37 timer om ugen mandag til fredag

Vikariat fra d. 01. august 2024 til d. 31. juli 2025 med mulighed for forlængelse eller fastansættelse
