Hovedansvaret i Digital Udvikling er både udvikling og drift af backend og frontend, der udgør AkademikerPension selvbetjeningsløsning samt de åbne websider, i praksis et DevOps team, med understøttelse fra IT-afdelingen. De bygger på API fra kernesystemet Polaris fra Nestech, og håndterer en stribe integrationer til både interne systemer og eksterne, som for eksempel PensionsInfo. Backend er en stribe services, der kører i Azure – og er opbygget efter moderne microservices-principper. Frontend er Umbraco og AngularJS. Udover selvbetjeningsløsningen leverer Digital Udvikling også software-udviklingshjælp efter behov i huset.

Du er en ægte full-stack udvikler, der elsker at arbejde med alle aspekter af softwareudvikling, tænker strategisk og kreativt og har en god forståelse for arkitekturen.

Du har sikkert en bachelor- eller kandidatgrad i Software Engineering. Du har arbejdet flere år som software developer, gerne som lead og været med i design og arkitektur. Du har erfaring med større digitaliseringsprojekter og har arbejdet med analyse af systemers nuværende og fremtidige situation, datastrukturering, projektimplementering, digitalisering og konvertering af data.Du har en .NET-udviklerbaggrund, og hurtigt blev den person, som de andre gik til for at få gode råd. At bevare overblikket og se de langsigtede konsekvenser af en udviklingsopgave kommer naturligt til dig. Du skaber let relationer og kommunikerer frit og forståeligt med både udviklere og forretning.

  • Stærke tekniske evner – helst full-stack, vægten må gerne ligge på backend
  • Bred og solid erfaring med moderne softwareudviklings practices – med hvad det indebærer af udvikling, test, øvrig kvalitetssikring og DevOps
  • Erfaring med at designe arkitektur for mindre løsninger
  • Erfaren i C# og .NET udvikling
  • Stærke kommunikationsevner – både mundtligt og skriftligt
  • Erfaring med kommunikation og oversættelse af krav fra ikke-tekniske domæneeksperter og stakeholders til krav til softwaren
  • Erfaring indenfor fintech, software til pensionsbranchen er et klart ekstra plus
  • Gerne erfaring med at være lead på et team af udviklere, med hvad det indebærer af guidning, team-ledelse i det små, mentoring, osv.
  • Du motiveres af at skabe suveræne løsninger i samarbejde med andre
  • Evner at lytte og har et passende abstraktionsniveau
  • Vigtig er et agilt mindset og erfaring
  • Du er fortrolig med Azure, Scrum, automatiseret test og versionsstyringssystemer
  • har fremragende problemløsningsfærdigheder, med et skarpt øje for detaljer og en passion for at levere softwareløsninger af høj kvalitet
  • har en god forståelse for database design, API-arkitektur, backend og frontend-udvikling
  • nyder et hurtigt tempo, hvor du kan producere end-to-end kvalitetskoder og være stolt af det, du leverer
