Experienced and engaged QHSE Engineer for Aalborg Portland
Do you want to be part of a highly skilled specialist team, who ensures compliance with all relevant standards and certifications requirements related to production and sales of cement both on the domestic and European market?
You will have a close cooperation across our organization to succeed in your areas of responsibilities, which will include:
- implementation and maintenance of our integrated management system
- System requirements for quality, energy, environmental and occupational health and safety management, including:
- System infrastructure
- Monitoring adequacy and Group compliance of our Policies
- Targets/KPIs (monitoring and measuring)
- Non-conformance system
- Facilitate Management Review quarterly
- Planning and coordination of certifications and audits, both internal and external
- Facilitate external certification audits
- Conducting internal audits
- Ensure follow up on audits and non-conformance handling
- Ensure that all legal requirements are evaluated, and level of implementation assessed
Your Profile
- You hold a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- It's an advantage if you are a Lead Auditor in one or more of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 standards
- You have strong knowledge on integrated management systems
- You preferably are a super user in SPS
- You have experience with audits
- You are known for a systematic approach and ensure that tasks are followed through and completed on time
- You have proficient communication skills in both Danish and English, both written and oral
- Familiar with Windows office 365
