Today, we employ around 300+ employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. To support that goal, we are now looking for a Technical Account Manager who wants to make a difference.

Managed Services
Truesec helps customers globally with Attack Prediction Services, Vulnerability Management Services and Managed Detection & Response services for IT and OT environments. Our services are all delivered by skilled security analysis teams that conducts 24/7 attack monitoring, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and threat remediation. Our team of experts works tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber breaches, and to help increase our customers' proactive cybersecurity defenses. Our goal is to be an extension of our customers' IT organizations, customizing a combination of capabilities and tooling, tailored to prevent cyber attacks in the most efficient way.

The Role

You will be the customer's technical main contact. On a monthly basis you will analyze and present summarized reports of our customers' security postures, from our service perspective, and be keen to catch any challenges connected to the service.

Your role will include:


•Participation in operational and strategic meeting as part of the customer team

•Development and presentation of operational reports to our customers

•Responsibility for a group of clients being their primary point of contact for any technical issues regarding the service

•General advice and interpretation of customer needs and Truesec's services

•Helping the customer on their cybersecurity journey utilizing the full range of services Truesec can offer

Your Potential Background

We think that you have an excellent technical understanding combined with strong communication skills in order to present and understand both customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

•Operational experience in cyber security monitoring, or similar experience working with technical MSSP services

•Minimum 2 years working in a customer facing role

•Ability to respond rapidly, multi-task, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers, team members, and engagement managers

•Hands on experience in EDR, NDR and/or SIEM

•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Skills:

•Understanding of common threat actor techniques, malware behavior and persistence mechanisms

•Understanding of Active Directory services

•Understanding of general network structure and network components

•General server and client platform understanding

•Knowledge about cloud security controls and administration, geared specifically towards Azure.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Danish work permit.
