Vi søger en Teamleder til vores kundeservice afdeling med ansvar for checkout områderne, samt payment i hele varehuset.
IKEA København er IKEA Danmarks eneste city varehus og et af tre fysiske varehuse i hovedstadsområdet, hvor vi vil bringe IKEA tættere på de mange mennesker.
IKEA København tilbyder et udvalgt sortiment af boligindretningstilbehør og små møbler til omgående at tage med hjem og gennem stærk inspiration, vil vi vise bredden af vores boligindretningstilbud, som vores kunder kan bestille med relevante services.

Vi leder efter en ny teamleder til kundeservice, hvor det primære fokus for rollen vil være vores kasselinje, samt tilsikre payment delen i hele varehuset. Du identificerer dig med IKEAs værdisæt, og du brænder for at udvikle og sikre en uforglemmelig kundeoplevelse – hver gang Du ved, at kunden altid er i centrum, og du formår at bidrage til forretningskritiske beslutninger ud fra idéen om, at hver kunde og hver oplevelse tæller.
Du er den rigtige til jobbet, hvis du er god til at følge op og måle på performance og hurtigt ser, hvor vores udviklingspotentiale er, og således er du dygtig til at forbedre vores planlægning og performance fremadrettet. Den analytiske del af dit arbejde driver dig, og du træffer forretningsbeslutninger på et solidt funderet grundlag, hvor du i høj grad agerer ud fra den data, du har tilgængelig. Ligeledes har du indsigt i vores primære marked, og du ved, hvad kunden forventer i dag og i morgen, og således er du med til at sikre, at de services vi tilbyder møder kundens behov. I bund og grund har du en bred viden om, hvordan kunder agerer, føler og opfører sig i løbet af deres indkøbsoplevelse, og den viden bruger du løbende til at komme op med nye, spændende løsninger til vores kunder og deres oplevelse i IKEA.
Vi forventer desuden, at du;
- Har en motiverende og coachende tilgang med høje ambitioner på vegne af din afdeling
- Formår at være en leder som går forrest gennem synlig ledelse sammen med dine medarbejdere på gulvet
- Kan skabe resultater igennem dine medarbejdere

Hverdagen ændrer sig hurtigt, så hvad vi ved i dag, er måske ikke det samme i morgen. Derfor kan det kræve ændrede planer og hurtig tilpasning og dette vil du være i spidsen for når det kommer til købsoplevelsen.

- Sikre en samlet og nem købsoplevelse igennem hele varehuset

Øvrige informationer
- Stillingen er på 37+ timer om ugen på funktionærkontrakt, hvor mer- og overarbejde er inkluderet i lønnen
- Arbejdstiden er placeret mellem 08.00-21.00 mandag – søndag. Weekendarbejde hver 2.-3. weekend
- Du indgår i et vagtrul med både bemandings- og ansvarstimer, herudover planlægger du din egen arbejdstid ifh.t. forretningens behov
- Løn efter kvalifikationer og inden for IKEAs lønpolitik
- VI har diverse personalegoder, herunder; pensionsordning, helbredssikring, massageordning, kantineordning, personalerabat, rabatordninger med samarbejdspartnere, årsgave og bonusordning etc.
- Ønsket opstart 1. marts / 1. april 2025
