As our new People Development Partner, you will be an integral part of our People Partner team, reporting to Van Huynh. This role is based in Aarhus, and you will collaborate with a dedicated team of 18 professionals in our People and Culture department, focused on supporting leaders and building people development tools that drive employee engagement and performance across the entire organization.

What will you do?

  • Lead the development and execution of People Development initiatives aligned with our team's roadmap and business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with people managers to understand their unique challenges and support them in building engaged and effective teams.
  • Design and conduct discovery processes to uncover the needs of our employees and people managers, creating products that enhance their growth and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions ensuring that our people managers are prepared to lead and adopt people initiatives.
  • Take a mentoring role within the P&C team and be a sparring partner to the People & Culture team on the latest people development trends and tools.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with direct experience building and executing people development initiatives such as performance management and engagement.

  • A natural researcher who is comfortable navigating environments where not everything is figured out, and who can discover and implement what makes sense for Lunar.
